Koku
Koku substitutes for all other icons except the scattered Ronin to create a winning combination on an enabled payline. Once a winning combination appears on the reels, Koku will double your prize amount. Koku only appears on reel 3 bet when used together with Ronin, you can win the top prize.

Ronin too acts as a substitute for all other symbols apart from the Koku.
